On Saturday, May 30, 2026, the Ghasedak Cultural and Arts Institute organized a vibrant community celebration and marketplace hosted at 57 Blvd Westpark, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC (H9A 2J8).

Featured Program & Activities

  • Artisan Marketplace: Hand-crafted jewelry, traditional Iranian sweets and pastries, original decorative art, textiles, and independent home-based small business exhibits.
  • Complimentary Hands-On Workshops:
  • Pottery throwing and molding demonstrations
  • Painting and fine art workshops for adults and children
  • Chess masterclasses and open challenge tables
  • Guided yoga sessions and massage therapy demonstrations
  • Family Activities & Raffle: Friendly community skill competitions and an open raffle drawing where lucky attendees won a brand-new bicycle.

Community Mission

The festival was created to empower Iranian artisans, cultural entrepreneurs, and local creatives across Montreal's West Island by creating a welcoming public venue for cultural exchange, networking, and commerce.
