Following the June storm, many of us noticed catch basins near Westpark Blvd overflowing rapidly. Can we petition City Council for enlarged storm drain grates and regular leaf clearing before fall storms?

Completely agree! Our basement was barely saved because we cleared the sewer grate ourselves during the heavy rain.
